Great Product, are they still in business?

I've ordered from The Beardly Man a handful of times. The products are generally great. Casanova is the best smelling beard balm scent that I have ran across.

However, I never received my last order (Order Placed 9/06). After waiting two weeks for an update, I tried reaching out via the email/phone listed on their website. However the email bounced back their mailbox was full and I was unable to leave a voicemail because that box was full as well. I messaged them on Facebook (9/19) and still haven't received a response as of this review (11/04).

Eventually I disputed the charge with my credit card company since the product never arrived and I couldn't get in contact with them. Funnily enough, I did receive an email that a shipment was on the way on 10/14 (it never came) then a follow up email asking for a review. So that's my review, I would've probably recommended it, but I didn't receive my balm.
