Beard oil did not receive it

I ordered my beard oil on Oct 30th after seeing a booth at the Home show at Botanical Gardens St Louis. I have never received the order and it is now December 7th. I emailed several times to get no response and said email non deliverable. I was charged on my card and no refund. I also did get one update a week ago saying the order was shipped but the USPS was awaiting the package it was requested for a label to ship BUT NOTHING was delivered to be shipped to me. Very disappointing. I want a refund or double product for inconvenience. I had saw 1 review before I ordered saying they never got it. But I tried anyway. If you’re going to run a business you have to reach out to your customers if running behind. Original shipping said 1-3 days. Still would like someone to reach out to me to get my refund or immediate delivery of product.

Second time buying!!

Absolutely love the smell. Not to over powering, but smells very good. Just watch out because you'll catch yourself trying to smell your beard during the day.
